These terms cover zommalabs.com and the self-serve trial workspace. They are short on purpose. Customer deployments run under a separate, signed agreement.

Who we are
Zomma, Inc. builds computer-use agents for the financial back office, starting with compliance for payment companies. Our registered address is 22nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107. You can reach us at hello@zommalabs.com.
What we provide
The website and the trial workspace are provided as is, for evaluation. We may change, pause, or withdraw them at any time, and we do not promise that they will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Trial outputs
Anything the trial produces, including case files, screenshots, and suggested dispositions, is a recommendation for a human reviewer. It is not a compliance determination, legal advice, or a decision of any kind. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for reviewing any output before relying on it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the trial for any screening or processing that is unlawful where you operate.
- Do not upload data you are not permitted to share, including personal data you do not have the right to process.
- Do not attempt to access other organizations' workspaces, probe our systems, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use the trial to build a competing product or to resell access.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the trial for you. We do not use trial data to train models, and we do not retain it beyond the operating needs of the service. Our Privacy Policy and Security page explain how data is handled.
Customer deployments
Production use of Zomma is governed by a separate written agreement between Zomma and the customer. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement wins.
Limitation of liability
The website and trial are free to evaluate, and we provide them without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Zomma is not liable for any loss that comes from using them, including lost profits, lost data, or decisions made on the basis of trial output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.
