Zomma is a security-first company. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we don't use tracking cookies on this website.
Last updated: June 18, 2026. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit zommalabs.com or get in touch with us, and how we use it. It covers our website only; data handling inside customer deployments is governed by the separate agreements we sign with each firm.

What we collect
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. These are cookieless and do not collect personally identifiable information or build a profile of you across sites.
- Information you give us. When you book a call or email us, we receive the details you share — typically your name, email, company, and anything you write to us. Demo scheduling is handled through Google Calendar, which processes that booking under its own privacy terms.
- Standard server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes basic request data such as IP address and user agent to serve and secure the site.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. Because our analytics are cookieless, there is no consent banner to click through. If we ever add tools that require cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
How we use your information
We use it to respond to you, schedule and prepare for conversations, improve the website, and keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and our business — for example, Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Google (calendar scheduling and email) — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data security
Security is the core of what we build, and we apply the same standard to our own systems. We limit access to personal data, encrypt it in transit, and retain it only as long as we need it.
Your rights
